Background-checked Macedon technicians · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Macedon area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Macedon technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Macedon homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Macedon calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Macedon basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Macedon schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Macedon property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Macedon emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
