Halo Water Proofing is a NY-licensed Emergency Waterproofing company that treats every Macedon job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Macedon technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Macedon crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Macedon technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Macedon calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Macedon homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Macedon foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Macedon customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Macedon homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Macedon crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Macedon after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Macedon basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Macedon homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Macedon property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Macedon customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
A Macedon technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
Plenty of companies advertise Emergency Waterproofing in Macedon — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Macedon job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
